1. I don't know much about Braley

but his brother is a friend and colleague of mine, and one I respect. So, I assume Bruce is a good guy. I've been wondering waht those in his district think of him, ever since hearing he had announced. What do ya think? How does he stack up against others and what are his chances?

2. His $$ numbers are high and have been high from the first filing

Showing that he can consistently raise money (which will be necessary as the republicans aren't going to want to lose this seat).

Bruce's political volunteerism and community volunteerism and professional volunteerism are all high (and, as if he has any time left, his family is solidly supportive of him).

I'm impressed with him.
