DMR drops the ball.
Register editorial says essentially "Get along to get along" with Alito. Also saying, more or less, that the people will know by the ideogical stance of the new SC justice what it means to elect a conservative prez (they assume Shrub was actually elected). In short, suck it up, suckers. This same argument though could be used to support shutting down all opposition parties since Nazis now rule Deutschland! (And of course Hitler wasn't actually elected either).

1. I'm really not familiar with the DMR...
Don't read it often out in this part of the state, and really don't know many that do.

With some of the links I see from this site I am not really eager to start picking it up either.

Is this the only paper available in Des Moines? We only have one real paper in CR, but DM is bigger, they could probably handle a "opposition" paper I would think.
