Chance to win $5000 (Best Idea of how to help Mass. save $$)
http://www.pioneerinstitute.org/crg/competition/crg_competition05.cfm
Pioneer Institute’s Better Government Competition seeks citizens’ ideas for ways to reform state and local government, and provides a public forum for winning ideas. Since its founding in 1988, Pioneer Institute has promoted policy solutions that value individual freedom and responsibility, limited and accountable government, and the application of free market principles. The Competition, now in its 14th year, welcomes concrete, innovative ideas that address crucial Massachusetts public policy issues.

One grand prize winner will be awarded $5,000.

Up to three runners-up will be awarded $1,000.

Here are this year's topics (you tackle one in your entry):
Educational Excellence — Non-traditional adult learning
Effective Public Management — Massachusetts’ ongoing budget deficit
Economic Opportunity — Growth of local businesses
Emerging Issues — Environmental markets

1. demand that all government officials severe ties with corporations
then you don't have all the grnat money going out to people who are running the country or state in the matter.
