No, Ted Kennedy and others should *save* their filibuster attempts for life appointments such as federal judicial nominees! These Bush executive office nutjobs are only for the length of time that Bush and Cronies are in office, potentially.
Besides, why try to push the so-called "nuclear option" if a filibuster? That doesn't make sense at all.
