here's a link to the roll call (supplement 345):
http://www.mass.gov/legis/journal/RollCallPdfs/184/00345.PDF?Session=184&RollCall=00345but, in keeping with the old adage about teaching a man how to fish, here's how to start with a bill number and ultimately view the roll call information:
1. find the bill number (if you know the issue but not the bill number, use this search page:
http://www.mass.gov/legis/ltsform.htm)
2. view bill's history by choosing it from the search results above or go directly to the bill's webpage by entering it's url (e.g. to find bill number 1074, go to:
http://www.state.ma.us/legis/history/s01074.htm - make sure you use a leading zero in the bill # if it contains less than 5 digits)
3. read the bill's history and find the "supplement number" where the "Yeas and Nays" were recorded ... this supplement number becomes the roll call number in the next step.
4. go to this page:
http://www.mass.gov/legis/journal/main.htm and enter the supplement number from step 3 in the textbox to the left of the "get roll call" button ... if the supplement number is less than 5 digits pad the number with leading zeros until you have a 5 digit number ...
5. finally, click the "get roll call" button and the "yeas and nays" for your bill will be displayed
