Timmy is a joke... he's a puppet that is showing the same grand ability to have one view of an issue and never give thought to alternatives. He was told not to raise taxes so he's bankrupting the state, causing cities and towns to raise taxes, and he then has the nerve to raise "fees" and swear up and down they aren't taxes. I don't think he'll ever be elected for anything after the mess he's caused.

3. The author of the article makes a searing point

(using an item straight off the Tool's handout explaining why his cigarette tax is really a "fee") to show how the gasoline tax proposal actually comes much closer towards fitting the definition of a fee than the cig tax! Really funny.
