What a wierd month

As some of you may know, I recently spent time in a psych hospital. However, it just got stranger.

The woman charged in this story was in the ward at the exact same time as I was. Her story is very sad, and she seemed very remorseful about things she had done in her past (she never told anybody what she had done-- she was just very regretful).

Due to the way people with mental illnesses are treated in the penal system, I really hope they don't send her to prison. She's got a brain disease and needs help with that before she can be held responsible for her actions.

I truly hope she's okay and gets the help she needs. This is so sad. :(
