Judith Miller went to jail Wednesday for refusing to reveal her sources. It is sad irony that the person in the White House who is hiding behind her skirts does not have the same courage and integrity.

Following suggestions, I kept it as short as possible.
I personally think JM is a CorpoWhore who has blood on her hands for her propaganda during the rush to war, but was willing to praise her if it damned the bush* WhiteHouse.

I also avoided using the specific word "coward" because I thought it was too prejudicial for a LTTE. I am DELIGHTED that the Strib added it!!!

I had not thought in those terms, either, you are right.

What I do, when the subject comes up, is remind folks that ol' Judith "Fuckin' Right" Miller is not a hero -- she is not protecting someone who is blowing the whistle on government wrongdoing (like Deep Throat) but rather someone "in" govenment trying to cause harm to a person and to the country.
