We can see right through you Normie. Did Karl, Dick, or George tell you to do this? We all know this man can't think for himself.
You're a part of this regime... there' no turning back now.

Coleman to sponsor stem cell bill
Frederic J. Frommer, Associated Press
July 27, 2005 COLE0727

WASHINGTON, D.C. -- Sen. Norm Coleman, R-Minn., said Tuesday that he will introduce legislation that would overturn a White House ban and make stem cell lines taken from embryos available for federal funding.

"This is an attempt to find common ground between science and pro-life," he said in an interview.

Four years ago, President Bush banned funding for embryonic stem cell research on lines not already developed by Aug. 9, 2001. In essence, Coleman is proposing to move that deadline to today.

"He's drawn a line in the sand that's not pro-science," Coleman said of Bush. "We don't want to be the party that's anti-science. We're not finding real hope" for cures.

Will stem cells help fix bad teeth? ;)

Senator Coleman is so busy being Republican Yes-Man that he can't floss... A great case for some Oral B if I've ever seen it.

7. Ed Schultz calls him 'Senator Sprinkle' for carrying *'s water....
But just enough to keep him centerist (sort of). Whomever runs against him should pound him over and over with his participation in the 'truth squad' at the dnc. Coleman is a motherf*&%$ing stooge.

8. Sad thing is that he used to be a Dem
I'm sure some money got waved in front of his face and he changed his mind and turned to the dark side.

11. I dont think its sad, being a sh*&bag opportunist has always been
Norms style. Look at the guy. He's got short cop syndrome, Ugly as a bag of hair, and has done some amazingly stupid things since being senator. He's in it for the power, he never could have made it into the ranks of the repelicans without a 'metamorphosis'. It was his goal all along I imagine.

9. Guess his ANWAR wobbling made folks a little suspicious...
His sudden, "open mind" towards ANWAR (following his campaign pledge against it), came just about the time when the admin finds it might not have to votes to authorize the drilling, hmmm.

Now they (as in the President's admin) had to find a new, don't-worry-it-will-never-pass opposition for this non-Minnesotan, to show his faux-independence to the administration that put him in his job.

This guy is the most pathetic shill they have under their control.

Between the UN investigations (where the conclusions were ultimately reached before it's inception), to defending Rove, is there anything he's done for MN's concerns?

Senator's Wife Reveals Almost All!

Senator's Wife Reveals Almost All!

Eager to promote her career as a Hollywood actress, Laurie Coleman, wife of Republican Sen. Norm Coleman of Minnesota, has authorized our exclusive publication of photos that show her in glamorous, provocative poses -- just in time for next week's Republican National Convention, where her husband, coincidentally, is among the operatives striving to add sizzle and star power to President Bush's coronation.

"A little edgy," the onetime model called the publicity pix, "but relatively tame by Hollywood standards." They include boudoir shots accented with the requisite bustier, stockings, garters and four-poster bed. "Honestly, I've done swimwear collections where I've had less on than that," she told us by phone from her home in St. Paul earlier this week.

Laurie Coleman, wife of Minnesota Republican Norm Coleman, strikes a pose for the GOP. In addition to modeling, she enjoys long walks on the beach and quiet dinners at home. (Victor Spinelli)

The photos also depict the lovely Mrs. Coleman clad in cleavage-displaying dresses, enjoying cocktails. "Republicans can have fun," she pointed out with a laugh.

Is she a Republican? "How do I answer that?" came her coy reply. "I grew up as a Democrat, just like my wonderful husband." (Who switched in 1996.) "I tend to vote Republican, but I go all over the place."

10. Senator Bush said it himself
Between science and pro-life. Does this mean that pro-life equals anti-science? Only Senator Bush knows or sure.

(Brush those teeth after eating, Norman)
