1. scumbag
At least we still have Dayton. He's no Wellstone, but he's a hell of a lot better than that scumbag Coleman.

6. Dayton was working for the people...
...up in Chisholm, where the Iron Range will start to burn August 1:

Dayton said he would take Cliffs' plan to use replacement workers all the way to the White House, departments of Labor and Commerce and the Democratic National Convention "to stop that despicable act."

"I will make them a pariah in their own industry," Dayton said. "I will not forgive and I will not forget."

I think Dayton has really begun to come into his own. Wellstone's death was a hell of a way to get him out of his shell, but ever time I see Dayton speak, I've been more and more impressed.

7. oh, absolutely
I've been especially impressed by his statements on the FMA; he's been one of the strongest opponents of it and other anti-gay measures. It's also nice to see someone in power who shares my view on marriage, that the government should not use the term marriage, and should issue civil unions to any couple that wants one; marriage can be left to the churches.

2. why did our media never go after the philandering story?
I know newsies who say it could have been done without much trouble....
Norm makes me want to puke. He is a whore, fueled by ambition and nothing more.
He wants so badly to be on a national ticket .... well, fill in the blank.

4. norm coleman is a stooge.....
I was at a parade in my city and shook ol' normies hands....by far, the softest, most supple hands i have ever felt. I have 2 kids, changed diapers, and his hands were softer than their two little hinders. i almost gasped. He is another republican stooge that 'made his bones' as a democrat (raygunesque) then switched to the dark side....... He's a punk and a yes man.
