of a WWII vet as requested in his obituary:
Theodore Roosevelt Heller, 88, loving father of Charles (Joann) Heller; dear brother of the late Sonya (the late Jack) Steinberg. Ted was discharged from the U.S. Army during WWII due to service related injuries, and then forced his way back into the Illinois National Guard insisting no one tells him when to serve his country. Graveside services Tuesday 11 a.m. at Waldheim Jewish Cemetery (Ziditshover section), 1700 S. Harlem Ave., Chicago.
In lieu of flowers, please send acerbic letters to Republicans.(Emphasis mine.)
http://www.legacy.com/chicagotribune/LegacySubPage2.asp?Page=LifeStory&PersonId=15361018This was posted in GD but I thought give MN DUers a heads-up and post it here so we can ensure that Normie gets his fair share of letters. I'm sure he would feel left out if all of his Repug buddies got letters and he didn't. I'd really hate for that to happen. ;)
