So is this a new and improved Normie?
Speaking out against the Dubai port takeover? Bucking the Bush dynasty?

Or...is he only doing this because it's safe to do so?

1. The weasel may see the handwriting on the wall and is no doubt
looking for a new butt to attach his lips to.

2. The Teeth from Brooklyn never takes an angle
where there is not a percentage in it for himself. Never. This guy would sell his own children to gypsies if he thought it would get him a greater scintilla of power more than what he already has. Norm Coleman's only true political agenda and ideology is Norm Coleman. period.

3. Norm is actually smart enough to see that the Bush Boat is headed
for the falls, at least until the next "terra" attack, and he wants to be on the side of Minnesotans who aren't already outraged -- a squinty eye towards Bush's proclamations and a wait and see attitude. I tell everyone of my friends and relatives around the country that Normie was hand-picked by Dick -- that's all they need to know.

5. It just struck me
Edited on Tue Feb-28-06 04:27 PM by mac56
that he's such a gonad-less coward that the only way he'd risk the wrath of Bush Cheney et al is if he's among a large, angry mob. Risk it on his own? No freakin' way.

7. Or a ham sandwich for that matter.
Hell, I'd vote for a ham sandwich over Norm any day and I'm a vegetarian.

Norm is far too much of a chickenshit Bushbot to go against Dubya unless there's absolutely no risk involved AND Norm saw something it for himself. Fucking weasel.

8. He is into self preservation. Too late, Norm. You've been a Bush
toad for faaaaar too long. You've sided with Junior over MN interests for years now.

10. Yes. He changed parties to further his career, but now...
he really is stuck. He hasn't shown a smidgen of independent thought during his time in the Senate, NO ONE will buy the idea that he is his own man.

(Hi, Kat! :hi: )
