Sigsn and bumperstickers: the good and the pathetically bad
Today I saw a new lawn sign, an orange one that said something like, "In 2000 the Republicans stole the election; now they're stealing yard signs. Vote Kerry/Edwards on November 2."

Later, I saw a bumpersticker (on a big truck, of course) that said, "France is the American word for coward." :puke:

That last one hereby replaces "left is theft" as the worst rightwing bumpersticker of all time.

"when clinton lied no one died".

4. On Hwy 97 in Washington County...
There was a 4x8 Kerry/Edwards sign on a pasture fence, far away from a house. Last week it was stolen. The owners of the fence put up a new sign: "You stole our KERRY sign but not our vote!" (Of course, that remains to be seen, but I like the sentiments.)

*SHAMELESS BLOG PLUG ALERT!* There's a guy near where I live who always puts up scary, scary homemade right-wing signs. I blogged about it here: http://editbarn.blogspot.com/2004/09/spirit-of-bipartisanship.html#comments

9. Oohh...good one!

I haven't seen one of those but if you can't find one online anywhere, how about just printing it out on your computer and taping it inside your window? Whatever it takes to get the message out.

My car is pretty much plastered at this point. Let's see, I have:

We're All Wearing The Blue Dress Now
Bust Must Go!
Somewhere In Texas A Village Is Missing Its Idiot
Kerry/Edwards (of course)
Be Patriotic. Vote Bush Out!

And then on the side window I have:

Any man who can render himself unconscious with a pretzel isn't smart enough to lead the free world.
My own personal summary of the debates which goes something like:

Debate #1
Kerry takes command
Bush says Presidentin' is hard work.

VP debate:
Edwards shines
Cheney goes home and kicks his dog

Debate #2
John Kerry
vs.
Furious George

I have to correct the first one. I meant to spell it "werk" because I think that's how Dubya probably spells it. I'm waiting on another order of stickers so I can do an anti-war theme in the side window:

Mission Accomplished My Ass!
Support The Troops. Bring Them Home.
Now that you have conquered Iraq why don't you schmucks go live there.

Yeah, we're sticking it to them! On the plus side, only one moran (heh heh) has tried to run me off the road so far. ;)

10. Stupid banner on the overpass
Last week, while driving home on N77 near the mega mall, there was a banner on the overpass that said "Bush = Integrity" :puke:

It was gone the next day!

11. The best one...
I've heard it's an old one, but the best bumper sticker I've seen is one that reads: "BU**SH**"

13. I had that one on my Honda
but put "Nothing Accomplished" over it. I think two stickers is enough, and I still have my old "CWA for Paul Wellstone" sticker which remains for the life of the car.

I've got a Kerry/Edwards on the back of my '89 Ford F-150. Don't see enough Liberal stickers on pick-ups...

He may be right, but I am leaving them.
on edit: my favorite is the one I made by taking the Bush/Cheney poster off their website, and photoshopping it to read

ReDefeat Bush/Cheney 2004
COUNT EVERY VOTE!

It's autographed by Al Franken, too!

15. Here's a pathetically scary one:
Mr. K saw it today on a truck with NRA stickers: "It's open season on Democrat."

The singular "Democrat" -- NICE.
