Anyone else going to one of the DFL Organizing Conventions this weekend?

Has anyone been to one of these? If so, what are they like? What do they entail & I'm curious how long it will last.

1. I'm signed up for St. Paul on Sunday

I don't recall anything like this four years ago. The purpose is to organize people willing to lit drop and work on Get Out the Vote efforts on 11/1 and 11/2.

Should be interesting, but it's new to me too.
