ST. PAUL – U.S. Representative Michele Bachmann says that under a bill she proposed Monday, gas prices could be slashed in half from $4 to $2 a gallon. The proposal calls for a lift of the offshore drilling ban so that individual states can tap into resources just waiting below the ground.
