"Farmer" Michele Bachmann reaps more federal crop subsidies in 2007

"Farmer" Michele Bachmann reaps more federal crop subsidies in 2007
Michele Bachmann’s family farm in Independence , WI , continued to milk federal crop subsidies in 2007. The most recent information available from the Environmental Working Group shows that Paul Bachmann, Michele’s father-in-law, collected another $5,508 in direct payments for corn and soybeans in 2007. That’s in addition to the $251,973 in federal subsidies the Bachmann farm has harvested from 1995-2006. More here:

Bachmann has yet to explain why she collects federal farm subsidies while claiming to be opposed to them. Of course, Michele Bachmann has never earned anything but a government paycheck either, while making a career out of bashing government.

1. I wouldn't discount 'farmer' too much.
Given all the pig shit she spews, she has to be on a farm... no other place to find so many pigs to make enough of it...
