She didn't have much time, she told the audience that she had twenty-three foster children again, and that was pretty much it, so far as spontaneity goes. But one of the hosts, Jeff or Lee, informed her that Sarah Palin was being called "the Michele Bachmann of Alaska," and Michele replied that she was honored by the compliment. ZOOM, WHOOSH, right over her head! She didn't understand that that was the critics' way of insulting Palin.

If they're conservatives, maybe they meant it as a compliment. Bachmann did get a plurality of the votes in her district. Not everyone has a negative opinion of her.
