Did you get phone calls about the election?

I received an answering machine message from the Republican Party of MN a few days before the election, and another one on Election Day (not robocalls.)

The only phone call I got from the DFL was one I picked up on Election Day (not a robocall.)

I got a robocall in which Amy Klobuchar said I should vote for Ashwin Madia.

I think that was on the 2nd or 3rd.

2. Yes! I got one from the McCain camp and too many to count from the Dems.

If I had to guess, I'd say well over 20 from Dems in the last month. I also got 2 survey calls. I'm obviously on "the" list.

5. I only ever got one phone call, and it was from the DFL, telling me Hillary Clinton was going to be

in Duluth. It was a robocall.

To the first I responded, "Boy, do you have the wrong number."

And they called me on my cell phone which was quite disturbing.

Robots (and canvassers and telemarketers) don't leave messages, so I don't know who's calling most of the time.

15. I had tons from the DFL

asking me to volunteer and then on election day asking me to vote. I got the robocalls from McCain.

I also got doorknocked, though wasn't home because I was doorknocking. The literature that was left was specifically for my precinct.

The special lit was particularly important as on Monday I doorkocked a precinct that had a new voting location. I was able to tell everyone who answered about the location, and left a handwritten note on the lit for those that weren't home.
