ATTN St. Paul Voters in District 3
Soil and Water Supervisor? I suggest you write in Nic Buron. Candidate Wilkinson admits to stealing around $10,000 from the Libertarian party http://www.startribune.com/stories/587/5055929.html and the other candidate is Ebensteiner (don't know if related to Tax Evaders League) http://www.mndaily.com/articles/2004/10/15/10714.

Hey MN DU'ers. Anybody know if you HAVE to vote for each office on the ballot. I know someone who would vote for Kerry but won't vote at all because he doesn't want to deal with all the other offices. He says they will just throw his ballot out if he doesn't fill it all in. I need to convince him he is wrong.

1. Seem to recall ignoring down ballot races in '00
Ballot went through optical scanner OK. Voted in Eden Prairie that year.

2. Ballot will count if a person votes in 1 race only
No requirement to vote for all offices, that's the beauty of democracy.
