Did some people have long waits to vote in Minnesota?
It only took 33 minutes from when I entered the building to vote to when I exited. I voted in the suburbs.

Did urban areas have long waits or anywhere else?

6. my friend in frogtown had a 45 min wait at 7am...
the place was totally disorganized and the room size way too small. we alerted the kerry edwards people directly after that but i don't know if anything much was done to help.

8. I'm glad no one here had to wait more than about an hour. Ohio
should try to follow our example.

9. 21 minutes:
The 800 year old man thought my surname was my first name, so that alone wasted 5 minutes while he peddled along looking for my name, which was neatly printed on my DRIVER'S LICENSE that I asked if he wanted to look at. :eyes:

10. Minneapolis: People were lined up at 6:30 AM
And yes, there was a lot of people, we were swamped, we had a line of people waiting for the voting booths that snaked around the entire room. Our chair decided to get some tables set up and people got through quickly with their ballots.

People loved the tables, they could sit down, those who needed assistance got it and it was easier.

The tabulator bottleneck was cleared up reasonably fast. It only takes a couple seconds to get the ballot inserted and people voting took longer.

I'd say the longest wait was about an hour.

We had nearly 2000 people vote.

12. SW Minneapolis
I was voter #869 at 10 AM. The voting booths were full, but there were tables set up for the overflow. I'd say I was in and out in twenty minutes.
