Would you want to appear in a web-ad for Liberal Values?

I have a website at moveleft.com and I have a friend who has video equipment.

We're talking about filming an ad I'd post to the website in which people say things like, "I'm a liberal because I believe in workers' rights" and "I'm a liberal because I believe in freedom of speech."

We would film it on a street in St. Paul on Sunday, unless it's supposed to rain or snow.

The final screen woulds say, "Liberal Values, American Values. MoveLeft.com"

I'm not paying anything.

Anyway, would you want to say "I'm a liberal because I believe in workers' rights" or one of the other lines?

Because egalitarian ideals make for freedom,People deserve equal rights no matter who they are or how they appear.Basic human rights,are rights like not being denied work because you are different, be it because you are gay,a woman or black, a different religion,All basiic human rights entail the right not to be abused and manipulated.
Citizen consent in a true democracy should not be violated or manipulated for winner takes all political idealogies,corporate greed or theocracies.

Its liberal to extend help, kindness to other people who are suffering or who are having hard times even if it does not profit me,because it's the right thing to do it makes the quality of life for all of us better..I believe people need to take care of each other,because If, through privatization and the 'ownership society" we are just a bunch of individuals competing against each other, who will care for the wounded and vunerable who are too weary to compete in such a dog eat dog system?

I believe every person is self soverign but also resposible for what we do that impacts the quality of life around us.There is a balance between individual freedom and community quality of life it's called a social contract.A way we conduct ourselves that ensures peace and prosperity for all.The rightwing has violated this contract. We are not only lone individuals,we are equal people working together as a nation of individuals who are part of diverse communities..all connected to make all our lives become better. This is why we have civilization.
Freedom like always.. begins with YOU.
