Mark Dayton "This administration must stop lying..." |
|
That was one of the things he said in his statements today during the Condi debate. He actually used the word "lie" several times in relation to Rice and her crowd. No pussyfooting around with words like "misinformation".
I thought he did well with his statement today. His delivery was even better.

1. Perhaps the Democrats finally said, "Fuck it. Let's be Democrats." |
|
Maybe 2004 woke them up about the whole Republican Lite thing? Maybe? I can dream, can't I?

9. Here is what I sent to Dayton (also on other thread sooo..) |
|
Hello again,
I was not happy with your response below (ed. the letter he sent me - see other thread) because of what you actually did on Jan 6th during the Ohio Electoral debate. If you did not know, which is the impression I got from the last minute updating you received (last day or two before by local voter's rights groups) it would have been better to just let it ride (though I still would not be satisfied) - you did not need to actually get up and speak out against the Boxer protest. BUT IT APPEARS THAT YOU ARE NOW READY TO FIGHT!
And for this I am grateful - I am very glad of your position against Condi and Gonzales, it is time to step up to our responsibility to defend this country against criminal behavior. When I say this I include myself. Things were getting too far out of hand and I stood by and let it - now I must fight to get the country back and I AM SO GLAD YOU ARE TOO.
I will continue to support you and I also need your support. We each have an important role. We must fight them at every opportunity, even if today that only allows us to hinder them, it will build to something greater. There are so many people waking up today, myself included, you will be surprised perhaps to see the support you will have behind you, now and when you fight for re-election. Minnesota will not let you down.

10. You may need to go to his web site and submit a response |

When replying to the above address it seems it didn't go through and was just returned to me. So I copied and posted it on his correspondence form on his web site: http://dayton.senate.gov/index.cfm

He did one thing that pissed me off; I'll never vote for him again!
/sarcasm
Sorry, I just find it funny that there are all these "hail Dayton!" threads when two weeks ago everyone was lining up to support what's-his-name, the supposed Green senate candidate.

and I did address my disappointment, once again, in today's reply to him. What he is doing at this time I support.
