Does Missouri Warrant Gephardt?
Bush won Missouri in the last election. And even though Missouri loves Kerry (he won here by a landslide), I believe Bush has a lead in Missouri, too, although I do not have any statistics to back that up.

Missouri is a crucial, crucial state in the election. Should Missouri's importance force Kerry to pick Gephardt? I think Edwards or Graham might get more national votes, but Gephardt would help Kerry win Missouri.

Should Kerry pick Gephardt to win Missouri? Or should he forget Gephardt and try to win Missouri without him?

Fair enough. You may be right.

Graham would help us win Florida.

6. NO Kerry should NOT pick Gephardt.
Gephardt has tried to win the Dem nomination a few times now and has failed each time. Does Kerry want someone on the ticket who could not garner the nomination himself?

Gephardt is uninspiring, IMHO. He is more Washington insider than he is a Missourian that is for sure.

Face it, Kerry is not as charasmatic as Clinton was and Gephardt even LESS so. I think Kerry needs a VP candidate who will light crowds on FIRE and that person is Edwards.

7. I think Edwards would be more a help
It's lame, but Kerry needs a Southerner on the ticket. And I think Edwards is damn good choice, regardless--he's more liberal than Kerry, I think, right?
