5. Our local FAUX TV station (WKEF) will not accept my email.

I get an error message "BAD REFERER" when I linked through DU as well as when I went directly to their WKEF-Dayton's website.

6. Go for the strictly local advertisers first

Budweiser couldn't give two shits what you think -- they sell beer by the supertanker and no matter how much you drink, the loss of your business doesn't concern them. It's the local merchants that feel the heat first and who can make quick decisions regarding their advertising.
