"Sen. John Kerry does not present a compelling alternative to the imperfect presidency of George W. Bush" Goes on to assert that support of Kerry=only ABB.

Pretty much says Bush sucks but he is the incumbent so Stark Co should reselect him.

1. Let's bankrupt all papers that endorse Bush

Newspapers are on the way out anyway, so as Nietzche said: "that which is falling should be pushed." Is there a list of these papers? A campaign to rid us of editorial boards that can't see the obvious wouldn't be against the first amendment as of course some would spin it. It's more like preventing morons from procreating.

And I can't stand the old "he's not smart but that's ok" stuff. It's not ok. America and the rest of the world deserve a man who can actually think an issue through and form an educated conclusion rather than cowboy knee-jerk reactions or spinless leaning toward donors.

3. Imperfect presidency?????

I thought the Rep was even below their normal groveling with this piece. If you really want a hoot, look in their archive for the bush 2000 "endorsement."(Oct. 29, 2000). They point out in the piece today, how he failed at every issue they praised in 2000. Too funny.
Especially funny was how bush was the "temperate" candidate in 00, and Gore was the "down-home growler". bush is soooo pathetic even the Rep couldn't spin it and make him sound good! LOL

The thing I found interesting, is they did it a week earlier than 00. Musta been important to get the word out "early".
