Terry Anderson/Joy Padgett race - help me out here

I am seeing terrible attacks ads on behalf of Joy Padgett gainst Terry Anderson....

THE Terry Anderson who was held as a hostage for years? Am I right, this is him? This man is being attacked?

Is he a Dem/Green/Independant?

Obviously, these commercials are showing in central Ohio...what district is this, and who can tell me how this race is going?

Shameful, really, the atack add is just hateful.

That's why the attacks are so nasty. Last poll had Joy down by 11 points.

Terry is our Democratic candidate for the 20th district senate seat, and the former hostage.

Coshocton, Muskingum, Guernsey, Noble, Monroe, Morgan, Washington, Athens, Meigs.

Terry isn't just a Dem. He's a TRUE Democrat and we are going to be so effing glad to send him to Columbus. He's really sharp. He'll make you so proud to be a Democrat!

At the State Democratic Convention a few months ago, he brought down the house!
