That quote of his was the crawl on local news in Cleveland this morning. I had heard that Ohio's GOP Secretary of State was a right-wing fright, but that about takes it.

Blackwell is notorious for trying to game registrations and provisonal ballots in Ohio. What is insufferable is that he is a black man trying to disenfranchise voters. Americans died to get all Americans the right to vote.
