While much of Schwarzenegger's speech contained bodybuilding jokes and references to his famous movie lines, the governor turned serious as he addressed Bush's response to bin Laden and terrorism.

"President Bush knows you can't reason with people -- people that are blinded by hate," he said. "But let me tell you something, their hate is no match for our decency (???) ... and it is no match for the leadership and the resolve of George W. Bush."
