were these the "provisional" votes? They had more votes than people registered, but if the provisionals were not registered where they voted, that would explain it.

That's an awful lot of people who thought they were registered, took the time and trouble to wait in long lines to vote, when they hadn't registered. :think:

250,000. That was the whole basis of the "wait and see before we concede" activity. So my question remains: was this the overvote? I could easily be wrong.
