Call to action: Write Sec. Blackwell and ask that he recuse himself
please see this website:

for information and action suggestions. Blackwell should *not* be permitted to break any ties between Dems and Repubs over disputed ballots.

4. Contact Judge Nathaniel Jones and ask for his help
Judge Jones and Blackwell are both from Cincinnati. What Blackwell is doing is antiethical to the civil rights movement.

I was at a Kids Voting Southwest Ohio charity function that both Blackwell and Judge Jones spoke at and Judge Jones blew us away with his tales of voting in other countries. He just spoke up against the people who were using homophobia as a reason to vote No on Issue 3, so though retired he is still active.

Here is his resume:

1700 PNC Center • 201 East Fifth Street • Cincinnati, OH 45202
(513) 362-8772 Fax (513) 362-8773

Judge Nathaniel R. Jones (ret.)

Practice Concentration
Judge Jones concentrates his practice in the areas of litigation and dispute resolution.
