Remember Warren County!!!
And a little reminder about OH CD-2...

You guys all remember the Warren County Ohio LOCKDOWN of the BoE on November 2nd 2004? How about a little refresher...
http://www.bradblog.com/archives/00000917.htm

Guess what? Warren County is IN OH CD-2!!!!!

YIKES!!!! :grr:

Lookie here:
http://www.sos.state.oh.us/sos/elections/maps/congress02-12.htm

Somebody QUICK! Alert Das Heimat Ministry! The FBI! Your MOM! The Cincinatti Inquirer (who broke the story)!!!

The following counties (all or part) comprise OH CD-2:
-Hamilton (part)
-Warren (part)
-Clermont
-Brown
-Adams
-Pike
-Scioto (part)

So there are SEVEN BoE's involved in this election. (Wonder which are terrist targets on Aug 2?)

I PROPOSE we alert newspapers from all over Ohio to send reporters to EACH AND EVERY BoE for these seven counties, just to make sure no funny bizness goes on like what happened in Warren County. It wouldn't hurt if we can get volunteers to hang out at the BoE's too, since some of the DEM BoE officials may be DINO's, too. Cam-corders would be a good idea.

4. contact info here...
Erica Solvig of the Cincinnati Enquirer reporter who broke the Warren County lockdown story appears to have moved on. I would contact:

email Rich Gillette Bureau chief: Butler and Warren counties 513-755-4145 rgillette@enquirer.com to inquire about what the Enquirer plans to do regarding Warren County.

Jessica Brown Mason, Lebanon, Deerfield and Hamilton townships 513-755-4155 jbrown@enquirer.com
and Dan Horn also reported on the lockdown:

Dan Horn Federal agencies, courts 513-768-8619 dhorn@enquirer.com

5. I don't think we have Diebold machines
We have punchcard ballots here in Warren county, with the little flip books and the plastic punchy thingies. The ballots get put in a folder, handed back to the little old lady, and she puts it directly in the box. She even checks for hanging chads.

Honestly, in Warren county, a terrorist action would be that somebody tipped over one too many cows. Or cut a crop circle in the cornfields. We're not exactly skyscraper central. I don't know what they were thinking when they issued that terror alert, but I would like to know why, if they were so afraid, the kindergarten school *right next door* to the county seat justice center still had recess outside. Someone please think of the children! ::rolleyes::
