Judge says shooting 15 year old 10 times, 4 times in the face is justified

Cleveland police shot and killed a 15-year-old boy early Thursday morning while searching his home on Jeffries Avenue for evidence in connection with a series of aggravated robberies.

Brandon McCloud died in his bedroom in a fusillade of 10 bullets hitting him two times in the face, twice in the head, plus the groin, both thighs, chest and left arm, according to the Cuyahoga County coroner.
