Ohio counties losing jobs at alarming rates
http://www.reviewonline.com/news/story/1010202005_new01jobslostinfive.asp

This is the county I live in , in NE Ohio. Its like a third world country lately.....

2,682 jobs lost in five years
LISBON - The latest job count figures show Columbiana County lost one-fifth of its manufacturing jobs since 2000 - that's an economic emergency according to one researcher.

1. Yep!
The same thing is happening where I'm at. I live on the Erie/Huron county line and have seen the same problems as most of (NE) Ohio has. Huron County continually has one of the higher unemployment rates in the state. Erie County could be possibly losing the DELPHI plant and the Visteon plant is on shaky ground as well. This area primarily dwells a good majority on tourism and out-of-towners (Cedar Point, indoor waterparks, Norwalk Raceway, Lake Erie, etc.). I guess we'll all end up working for $7/hour at the Kalahari Water Park.....

3. 25% of manufacturing jobs lost in this recession were Ohio jobs
I recall that fact from the 2004 campaign. And the idiots voted for *bush anyway.
