Ohio Issue 1 - Read the descriptions and benefits
I will vote for Issue 1 on election day. Why?

Reason 1. Money for the state capital improvments will go towards improving roads and bridges, build much needed water/sewer facilities, and maintances. This issue will greatly help my hometown and county, b/c roads there are deterioating and the water/sewer facilities are failing. This summer, the sewer lines busted and sewage flowed into the greenville creek. NOT GOOD! Also the additionally money will bring new businesses/jobs into the area and improve the rural farming land.

Reason 2. Money from the third frontier will fund research projects at universities. If you read the provisions, much of the money will go towards corn/soy bean fuel alternatives. This will make farming profitable and b/c it'll be profitable, we'll see costs of food to decline at our market shelves.

See the provisions yourself... Check out the capital improvements in your area, http://www.jobsforohio.com/successes/statecapitalimprovementprogram.htm#
