2. I think this is a more telling figure in
how people will vote because if they think it's time for a different president, they certainly aren't going to vote for Bush.

"For example, he said, the percentage of registered voters who said Bush deserves re-election fell from 47 percent to 40 percent. The voters who think it is time for a different president increased from 49 percent to 55 percent."
