Damn it - Allegheny County Poll had no Provisional Ballots!

While voting at 8:45AM at poll at Grandview Senior Apartments in McKeesport 9th Ward 2nd District Allegheny County, PA. voter with photo id but apparently no record in their books. Poll workers didn't have a clue what a provisional ballot looked like, if they had them, and what to do. Voter gave up and said she'd come back after work. They kept asking one poll worker if he had any absentee ballots. I told voter they had to give her a Provisional Ballot. Poll workers promised they'd call Allegheny County Elections Bureau and get the info. But I hope this isn't the rule since this is Pittsburgh area, heavily Democratic and hopefully heavy Kerry vote.

I did call and report to local Kerry HQ. Also tried to call local Democratic HQ but their voice mail answered and it was full - g'rrrr.

1. BS, they attend classes that TEACH THEM WHAT TO DO

all they have to do is say, "Okay sir/mam, I am out of provisional ballots at this time, I am going to stop right now to call the Election Board Office so they can have a courier/runner bring some more. Sorry for the inconvienance."


then they get on the fucking phone and call and bitch till they get them over there. At least this is how we do it in Ohio.

Also as I mentioned I reported to Kerry HQ Pittsburgh, and to Kerry's online form, and told Lynn Cullen's listeners on the radio.
