Shister... I mean Shuster is claiming victory in 9th Cong. Dist. |
|
Damn, damn, damn.
He was behind all night and in the last 1/2 hr he jumped ahead. Only one district to report in yet. But he claims he has a 2,000 vote lead. And the only district left wouldn't have 2,000 votes that could upset him.
The last numbers I saw gave him a 289 lead.
Damn. Damn. Damn.

1. Way, WAY, too close to call |

If I were Shuster, I wouldn't pop open the bubbly just yet.
Almost 300 votes between them:
Bill Shuster GOP 28,489 50.25% Michael DelGrosso GOP 28,200 49.75%

2. Yes - I saw 289 vote lead with 80% in. Must be |
|
outdated if Shuster now has a 2000 vote lead. But has anyone else confirmed the bigger lead?
