1. Question: How is a letter like this to a congressman made public |
|
on the internet? Just asking; not judging.

It says a whole lot that a letter like that is on Cornyn's site. If he is letting it even appear there it is very significant.

All current and former intelligence people should be going nuts about this. Where is the line being drawn for this administration? Are the bushies now saying that security leaks of this type are not a threat to national security or illegal if a bushie does the leaking?
This rises to the highest level of treason.

I'm surprised it's on his website, and it's an amazing letter to boot!

"Let us not forget that we sought impeachment and perjury convictions for a former sitting President for parsing words over what constitutes "sex" and quibbling over the meaning of "is" in a deposition involving a sexual relationship that in no way affected the business of our country."
Oh, SLAM!
Oh, and by the way -- for those wondering about how the letter got published, may I point out that this isn't John Cornyn's official website -- this is Capitol Advantage's website which allows you to send emails to everyone in congress, but it's not an official website. This is their general public service website, but they also sell their services to pretty much any interest group that wants to pressure Congress. :7
