What is new with Tom DeLay?

In April, I wrote a blog article titled "Tom DeLay is Going Down."

I thought that he would be forced to step down as House Majority Leader, face indictment, and/or lose an election in 2006.

But recently, I haven't heard anything.

Is anything going on with Jack Abramoff and Tom DeLay's other corruption?

I saw something about Abramoff that sounded like he and/or some relatives of his fled to Israel sometime over the past couple of days (title of something posted to DU, so not confirmed by me).
