Horns Cobber Vanderbilt 15-3 |

The Horns unleashed their might on Vanderbilt tonight in Austin winning the first game of the best of three Super Regional, 15-3. The Horns had 16 hits. Starting Horns pitcher, J.P. Howell went for 7 innings, giving uo 3 runs, 2 of them earned, on 7 hits with 1 BB and 13 S0. A win tomorrow or Sunday will send the number one-seeded Horns to Omaha for the College World Series.

The Horns are rollin' again after some setbacks in May. The Horns have had great pitchimg last weekend and tonight. And the bats have come alive. And I don't mean the Congress bridge variety.:)

The Horns crushed Vanderbilt 10-2 today to win the Super Regional and advance to Omaha for the College World Series.
