September events in Amarillo

Two events in Amarillo may be of interest:

The Amarillo Central Labor Council Picnic will be on Monday, Sept. 5 (Labor Day), from 11 a.m. - 2 p.m. at Memorial Park on Washington St. just south of Amarillo College. Local Democrats will have a booth where we plan to distribute literature (candidate literature is invited).

The Democrats of Potter and Randall Counties will be marching in the Tri-State Fair Parade for the second year in a row on Saturday morning, September 17. We will be accompanied by Dynamite, the Democratic donkey.
