Barbara Bush . . . oops . . . those damn "underprivileged"
.
"Almost everyone I've talked to says, 'We're going to move to Houston.' What I'm hearing, which is sort of scary, is they all want to stay in Texas. Everybody is so overwhelmed by the hospitality. And so many of the people in the arena here, you know, were underprivileged anyway, so this - this is working **chuckle** very well for them."

-- Former First Lady Barbara Bush and mother to our President, while touring the Houston Astrodome Sports Arena with her husband ex-President George Herbert Walker Bush, during an on-air interview on "Marketplace," an American Public Radio Show broadcast nationwide, Monday, September 5, 2005, regarding the plight of the thousands of Katrina hurricane evacuees from New Orleans.

.
That could be very true . . . seriously. And I not making excuses for Barbara Bush, but merely stating that as one gets older in life and into the senior years the "impulse control mechanism" in the brain begins to shut-down. This causes many seniors, at times, to blurt out stuff that one would not do if younger.

That being said, I believe Barbara Bush has had this "trouble" longer than her senior years, however.

Inauguration Day, January 2001 (Does it run in the family?)

7. In response to the picture
I don't think Jenna's yawn runs in the family. She was probably up late partying, whereas * sleeps like a baby, without any cares. In fact, I imagine that's what he's doing right now, while I am awake and furious, getting 3 or 4 hours sleep a night for the past week.

8. Reminds me of Lucky Ducky
Next, the right-wingers will be calling hurricane evacuees "those damned lucky duckies." http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lucky_duckies

9. Hey, Babs, you've got an overprivileged problem.
Whip out your checkbook in the Astrodome and you can take care of both situations.
