Well, I am thrilled to read that our local Dems are so very active! I regret that I must miss tonight's event, especially since a former college classmate of mine, Anise Parker, will be there. She's a nice person, and an anomaly in politics (e.g., honest!).
I hope that everyone on this thread who is proximal to the Houston metropolitan area will contact me and let me know if you want to travel to DC to participate in the upcoming protest on Sept 24. I feel it is essential for us to demonstrate in large numbers in order to focus attention on the crimes of our current administration.
