It's time we got together again. (Austin gathering thread)

This time we have a celebration. VelmaD's birthday is 9/29 (I think). Anyway, what do you think about a Saturday night gathering? October 1st is the date. Maybe meeting at Mother Egan's and lifting a few adult beverages? I know VelmaD would appreciate the free booze you'll buy in honor of her getting another year older. :P

Can't think of a better way to get to know your friends who listed to Air America Radio here in Austin. I heard they would be monthly events too. First one is next Wednesday Sept. 28th.

It's right next to Taco Cabana off S. Lamar and Riverside Dr. around the Zach Scott Theatre. It's also next the the Wendy's on S. Lamar. I guess the main entrance faces the back side and that's why they have the Lee Barton address, but you'll see it clearly from S. Lamar just as you cross the river.
