Have at it. The picture can be found at

Change the font, background, anything to make it look good!

I like the idea of making it a billboard. It is funny. Would make people laugh and talk.

6. So did I. Maybe this isn't his mugshot, or if so, one we weren't
privy to. Why would they hide this nasty mug? To me, this image is more 'bugman' than the smiler.
