Returning from El Paso, where she received the endorsement of El Paso Mayor John Cook and State Senator Eliot Shapleigh,
Barbara Ann Radnofsky has scheduled a press conference in San Antonio on Monday, January 16 at the Bexar County Democratic Party offices, 110 Broadway at 3:00 p.m.
Attorney General candidate
David Van Os and Congressional candidates
John Courage,
Rick Bolaños, and
Mary Beth Harrell will join her. The conference will follow Radnofsky’s January 15 address to Houston Black Democrats on “Corruption Costs Freedom,” centering on lessons from Martin Luther King Jr.’s “Letter from Birmingham Jail.”
“The cost of corruption in Texas is higher taxes, bad health care, neglect of our children’s education, and desertion of our veterans. Corruption cost the Texas Tigua tribe even more than the four million dollars obtained by fraud,” Radnofsky said, and called on Senator Hutchison to return the money she obtained from the tribe.
