We do want to focus our energies -- here are some actions you can do.

2. Write a letter to the editor.

4. Call into talk shows and voice your opinion.

5. Spread the word. Email people you rarely email. Call or write someone who might be in the middle but persuadable, and have a different circle of friends. Talk it up at the water cooler or at lunch.

6. If you want to spread the word beyond the internet, make short fliers, maybe 5 or 6 to the sheet, with the phoning info and short points of why to phone. Pass them out anywhere you can think of.

7. Think about this nomination as SEVEN PRESIDENTIAL TERMS -- Alito's remaining life expectancy is 28 years -- 7 presidential terms. Decide if you can spend 15 minutes, an hour, or more to send him packing! Drops of water individually aren't powerful, but if they join together with enough other drops of water, they can create a tsunami!
