U.T. Law Professor Douglas Laycock, renowned scholar
of the First Amendment, will open our discussion on
the right of corporations to be considered as persons,
as current law provides.

Our second speaker, David Van Os, candidate for
Texas Attorney General, is opposed to corporate
power/personhood; others think the rights of
corporations should be preserved.

Is personhood the core of corporate power? We
invite you to join a lively discussion moderated by
Ruth Epstein.
