1. You do a great job getting the word out on this import issue of consumer

abuse. Thanks.

2. I helped a couple purchase a new construction home. In the

contract was a clause about implied warranty that said, paraphrasing, "no guarantee of habitability is implied". Huh? It's a single family home but they don't warranty it to be habitable? I had their lawyers write a letter to the contrary saying that the property would be fit to live in.

What a crock!
