Kelso's column today - funny

Which makes me wonder. For deer, hunters put out deer corn. When your quarry is a Republican, what do you put out? Piles of cash?

Liberals would say this is not the first time Republicans shot at the wrong target. Cheney plugged the wrong country, Iraq, so why wouldn't he plug the wrong critter?

Then again, you can understand how this sort of thing could happen because we all know how the Republicans feel when it comes to certain species of attorneys. Maybe Cheney thought Whittington was a trial attorney.

TV comedians target Cheney hunting accident
Late Show with David Letterman," CBS:
"Good news, ladies and gentlemen, we have finally located weapons of mass destruction: It's Dick Cheney."

The Daily Show with Jon Stewart, Comedy Central:
"Vice President Dick Cheney accidentally shot a man during a quail hunt ... making 78-year-old Harry Whittington the first person shot by a sitting veep since Alexander Hamilton. Hamilton, of course, (was) shot in a duel with Aaron Burr over issues of honor, integrity and political maneuvering. Whittington? Mistaken for a bird."

Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson," CBS:
"Apparently the reason they didn't release the information right away is they said we had to get the facts right. That's never stopped them in the past."

there is nothing left! The lie bladder is unique to the RepubliCON subspecies & takes up 99.5% of their body.
